Joshua Aaronson
COO and Co-Founder
Joshua Aaronson is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Panda Technology, where he leads operations, service delivery, and customer success for a fast-growing managed services and technology firm. With over a decade of experience in MSP leadership, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure, he specializes in designing scalable systems and secure environments that align with real business outcomes. Joshua has helped grow Panda from a startup into a trusted partner for organizations navigating modernization, compliance, and risk. He is known for blending technical depth with operational clarity, and for building high-performing teams around accountability, process, and people. His leadership is grounded in transparency, integrity, and a belief that technology should reduce anxiety, not create it. He brings a practical, systems-minded approach to growth and a clear focus on making security usable, not obstructive.
Ramon Hernandez
Director of Service Operations
Ramon Hernandez is an experienced IT and operations leader with a strong background in service delivery, sysops management, and cross-departmental coordination. As the Director of Service Operations at Panda Technology, he oversees daily operations across multiple business units while ensuring the organization stays aligned with its strategic goals. Ramon develops and implements operational processes, KPIs, and reporting methods that support data-driven decision making and accountability. He leads high-performing, cross-functional teams and works closely with executive leadership to guide strategic planning, roadmap development, and long-term operational growth. His responsibilities include managing departmental budgets, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and operational risks to support sustainable expansion. Ramon also focuses on improving communication and collaboration across departments, helping reduce silos and strengthen service delivery. With more than 15 years of experience in IT and operations, including previous roles as SysOps Manager and PMO Manager, Ramon brings a deep understanding of technical environments and organizational leadership. He is committed to promoting innovation, supporting employee development, and delivering a strong client experience through continuous improvement.
Latoya Fountain
Business Administration Coordinator
I'm Toya Fountain, the Business Administration Coordinator here at Panda Technology. With 20 years in finance, I specialize in GAAP as well as new innovative technology used in all areas of accounting and finance. I have held positions in the private and public sectors that include hospitality, medical, industrial, and legal. I'm passionate about numbers and being analytical. I am a huge supporter of continuing education and am always looking to grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, you can find me by the lake with my fur baby, walking the pier, or being near any body of water!
Alex Guell
Senior Account Executive
Alex Guell is a recognized leader in the North - Central Florida technology and cybersecurity community. With over seven years of service in the Jacksonville IT Council—including roles as Ambassador, Speaker Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and incoming Vice President in 2026—Alex has been instrumental in driving innovation and collaboration across the region. As Vice President of InfraGard Jax Member Alliance since 2024, Alex works to strengthen cybersecurity resilience through public-private partnerships with the FBI Cybersecurity unit. He also plays a key role in organizing major conferences like Tech Coast Conference and BSides Jax, where he has served as Speaker Chair and Co-Chair for multiple years. Beyond his community leadership roles, Alex is a passionate advocate for diversity in tech, actively supporting initiatives that encourage women to pursue careers in technology and cybersecurity. He frequently speaks to high school and university students, sharing practical insights on how to start and succeed in these fields. Professionally, Alex serves as Senior Account Executive at Panda Technology, where he empowers small and mid-sized businesses with enterprise-grade technology and cybersecurity solutions—tools typically out of reach for these organizations of their size. His mission is to help clients transform operations, strengthen security, and stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.
